     Tomatoes and  Mozzarella 4 ripe
  tomatoes, sliced thinly ¼ c.
  basil leaves, snipped 2 T.
  balsamic vinegar ½ c.
  shredded mozzarella Arrange
  tomatoes on platter and top with basil leaves.  Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and
